Unlock codes generation
RegKeeper can automatically generate unlock codes to be sent to your customers. RegKeeper uses a dynamic link library for generating codes. Therefore any user can write his own library implementing his own code generating algorithm.
Invoice generation
Generated Invoice
Some customers may request an invoice based on the order they have placed. RegKeeper can generate and print an invoice based on a template created by the user.
Running an external application on order processing
This option is very useful if you want to perform some additional actions after order processing, such as modifying some external data files or databases.
Recognition of different values as one
You can use Parser Rules to define aliases for values that RegKeeper might find in a parsed order. For example, one service provider could use "RegKeeper", another could use "RegKeeper - e-Sales Tracking Software", and others could just use an ID number. RegKeeper can handle them all!
Export to vCard format
You can export your customer list to a Business card (vCard) format that can be, for example, imported to your address book.
Custom providers
The user can easily expand the list of supported service providers by defining a list of rules (so called indicators), that will teach RegKeeper how to parse an order from the service provider.
PAD files import
To quickly add a new product to your database, you can use the Portable Application Description file importer.
Scheduled database backups
You can schedule backup for your database and RegKeeper will automatically back it up.
