The Goal of RegKeeper
What is the goal of RegKeeper? RegKeeper was designed with one thing in mind: automation. And everything starts from this point. Once you have configured RegKeeper and adjusted all the preferences according to your own needs, you will virtually not need to interact with it.
The goal of RegKeeper is full automation of order processing.
Working in background
You can run it minimized in tray at Windows startup and just forget about it. RegKeeper will do your job automatically.
How Does RegKeeper Achieve This?
RegKeeper will automatically retrieve (at a specified time interval) orders from your e-mail server, and process them automatically detecting the e-sales service provider and all the order data.
If a customer requests chargeback you may add it to the Black List and RegKeeper will ignore any orders from that customer.
After order processing, RegKeeper will automatically send your customers notifications by e-mail, using an e-mail template. It may generate and include information such as unlock codes, or even attach binary files to messages.
If a customer requests an invoice RegKeeper will generate an invoice based on a template.
Your service provider is not supported by RegKeeper? You can always update RegKeeper's provider database by downloading service provider info from our web-site or requesting info from our team.
