Step 6. Mail Filtering
RegKeeper's mail filtering system will not retrieve and process non-order e-mail messages, keeping your order database clean.
You can configure RegKeeper to skip non-order messages while retrieving e-mails from the server. You can create a rule, in which you specify what value a certain message field should or should not have. If the message satisfies the conditions of the rule, it will be retrieved, otherwise not.
Message Filter
Every Registrar (ShareIt, Plimus, SWREG and others) has a special email address from which they send order notification e-mails. Also order notification e-mails have common phrases in subject fields. This gives you the ability to easily configure e-mails filters to catch only needed e-mails and ignore other messages.
