Step 4. E-mail Processing
Learn how to automate your work by automatically sending messages to your customers and receiving orders from your service providers via e-mail.
You can configure RegKeeper to automatically receive e-mail messages that your service provider might have sent you once in a certain period of time. After receiving a message RegKeeper will automatically parse the order (if configured) and store the data in its database.

E-mail filtering allows retrieving only necessary e-mails from your server.
Furthermore, you can configure RegKeeper to automatically send e-mail too. For example, after successfully parsing an incoming order you may want to automatically send your customer all the registration data, and even an automatically generated registration code. All outgoing e-mails could be sent immediately or at a specified time of the day.
This way you may fully automate your order processing, and do the job without any user intervention.
