Step 3. Chargebacks, Refunds and Black List

If some of your customers are trying to cheat you, put them onto the black list. RegKeeper will not process their orders anymore.

Sometimes customers may demand a chargeback or refund. RegKeeper can handle such situations too. All customers that have demanded chargebacks will be added to the so called Black List. RegKeeper will not process orders from customers listed in Black List anymore, and will notify you when such orders are retrieved.

You have the option to allow RegKeeper to process orders from customers in the black list.
