Sending E-mail Notifications
You can send e-mail notifications to a customer or a group of customers simultaneously.
Click Customers|E-mail on the main menu, then:
- Send to Selected - to send e-mail to the customer selected in the Customers table on the main form.
Custom - allows sending e-mail using custom created text.
Using <TemplateName> - allows sending e-mail immediatelly using <TemplateName> template.
Edit and Use <TemplateName> - opens Send E-mail Dialog and fills all fields using <TemplateName> template. - Send To - send e-mail to a list of customers. RegKeeper will display the Select Customers dialog where you can select one or more customers to send e-mail to.
- Send to All - send e-mail to all customers.
Enter the e-mail message text in the Send e-mail to customers window. Alternatively, you can use an e-mail template. Select a template from the Template list.
