Send E-mail Dialog
RegKeeper displays the Send E-mail dialog when you click one of the Send items on the Customers|E-mail menu.
The Recipients list on the left hand side of the dialog displays the customers that the message will be sent to. To add or remove recipients from the list, click an appropriate button on the toolbar, Recipient menu, or use the context menu. When you click on File|Recipient|Add, the Find Customer Dialog will appear, in which you can easily set the search conditions, and search for the needed customer. To add a customer to the recipients list, just double-click on the respective row in the customers table in the dialog.
Enter the text of the message in the text area, enter your name and e-mail address in the From fields, a list of recipients that should receive a carbon copy of the message into the CC (e-mail) field and a list of recipients that should receive a blind carbon copy of the message into the BCC (e-mail) field. Alternatively you can use a template, rather than entering the text manually. Select a template from the Template list on the toolbar or from the menu.
To edit the message text as a HTML file rather than plain text, click Use HTML on the Template menu.
Click File|Preview in the menu bar to generate and preview a message as it will be sent to a customer.
Click Send on the toolbar or on the File menu to send the message to the selected recipients.
You can use the Templates|Attach menu to add, remove or update files attached to this message.
The Product drop-down menu allows you to specify the product which will be used when replacing the Template Tags referencing to the product data.
