Service Provider configuration
Enter service provider's data, such as contact information, service fee etc. Enter the so called indicators, to let RegKeeper know how to detect the service provider that sent a certain order. This is necessary only if your Service Provider not listed in RegKeeper's database. Otherwise RegKeeper already has all the necessary data and details.
Product configuration
Enter you products' data into RegKeeper's database. Product name, product price etc. Also specify an e-mail template (see below) to be sent to your customer after order processing. Specifying e-mail template lets you the ability to automatically send so called registration e-mail to your new customer upon processing its order. Registration e-mail may include registration key for your software (which could be automatically generated by RegKeeper) as well as simple Welcome e-mail where you personally thank your customer for this order.
Note that you can manually add a non-existing product to the database later, while processing an order.
E-mail configuration
In order to enable RegKeeper to send and receive e-mail messages you will have to configure the e-mail subsystem. Enter your e-mail server's address, your user name and password etc. Additionally, you may need to enter E-mail Filtering configuration to filter only order rleated e-mails for RegKeeper.
Configure Options
Change application's options that configure auto-processing behavior. Such as Automatically add new product and Automatically add new customer to allow RegKeeper add newly detected products and customers from received orders to the database. Turn ON Automate order processing on Order Auto-processing page to activate auto-processing and configure additonal behavior such as auto-send e-mail and (or) execute custom application upon order processing.
Test it
Try to import a test order to make sure everything works fine.
