Run minimized - minimizes RegKeeper to the Windows Taskbar each time you start up RegKeeper.

Minimize to tray - minimizes RegKeeper to the System Tray rather than to the Taskbar. This option is useful if you keep RegKeeper running in the background, so that the program can automatically receive and parse orders.

Show info-tip balloons on order processing - check this box to enable RegKeeper to notify you with a balloon tip, that a new order has been processed.

Accepts orders shell drag&drop - accepts importing orders by dragging and dropping order files from Windows Explorer or an e-mail client, such as Outlook Express, onto RegKeeper.

Lock on minimizing - locks RegKeeper when it is minimized if there are defined database users in database currently being used. To restore the minimized application, it is necessary to type the user name and the password as they are defined in the database currently being used.

Auto login to database if minimized and locked - allows RegKeeper to automatically login to the database during start up, if the Run minimized and Lock on minimizing options are specified. To restore the minimized application, it is necessary to type the user name and the password as they are defined in the database currently being used.

Show bundled orders - Enables orders to be displayed, received for products which include selected products in a bundle. Orders from a bundle will be highlighted in a light grey color in the orders table. Read Edit Product dialog to learn how to create product bundles.

Warn for non-paid orders - Enables a warning window to be displayed with a non-paid orders listed. This warning window will be displayed only when the database is opened, or the application is started. To specify how to detect the order wasn't paid, goto Service Provider dialog.

Order parsing

Highlight suspicious fields - will highlight in a pale red color fields that could not be imported directly from an order, but which have been calculated by RegKeeper.

Automatically add new product - When parsing a new order, RegKeeper may display the New Product dialog if it finds a new product in the order. Check this box to let RegKeeper add a new product to the database without displaying the dialog.

Check this box only if you are sure that RegKeeper correctly parses your orders.

Automatically add new customer - When parsing a new order, RegKeeper may display the New Customer dialog if it finds a new customer in the order. Check this box to let RegKeeper add a new customer to the database without displaying the dialog.

Automatically add order source to 'notes' - check this box to allow RegKeeper to add the text of the order to the Notes field of the order.

Use order date as customer creation date - check this box to allow RegKeeper to use the Order date as the Customer creation date when importing orders.

Service Provider - select which service provider data to use for importing a new order. Last used - the provider used most recently, or Auto-detect to automatically detect the provider. If RegKeeper fails to detect the provider, you may still parse the order manually.

Customers from "Black list" - specify what action to perform when processing a new order from a customer listed in the "Black list". Select Reject to reject orders from any customer listed in the "Black list". Select Accept to accept orders from customers even if they are listed in the "Black list". Select Prompt in order to decide which action to perform depending on each order. RegKeeper will still reject orders from customers listed in the "Black list" whilst importing orders using Import from Folder and Import from Message Box Wizards if the Prompt option has been selected. In order to accept orders from customers listed in the "Black list" using Wizards, you should select Accept.

International settings
