Manage Cancellations Dialog
This dialog box allows to view or modify the list of chargebacks and refunds issued for your orders. Once you delete chargeback or refund record from the list the respective order will be restored in database.
Please note: when you delete chargeback record from the list the respective customer will still remain in Black List. To remove customer from the Black List use Manage Customers Dialog.
