How To: Re-send registration info to customer
Sometimes customers loose registration information received from you and ask to re-send them registration information.
To re-send order specific registration to customer you can use the following:
- Locate order from customer.
- Select in menu Customers|E-mail|Send to Selected....
- In appeared E-mail message editor specify which template to use or type in new message text.
- Be sure to use Template Tags for providing specific information concerned to this order, customer and product.
- In case of Key Generator used for generating unlock code it will be called when preparing message source text.
- In case your registration information uses attachment the attachment used for this order will be sent automatically.
- If you need to re-generate the attachment then just edit selected order and either click Generate button for auto-generation of attachment using Key Generator or click Manually button to locate file which should be attached to this order.
- In E-mail message editor click Send button and RegKeeper will send new E-mail message to customer.
Also you in case you just need to re-send already sent e-mail message you can use Re-send button in E-mail Manager.
