How To: Add customer to "Black List"

Sometimes it is necessary to add specific customer to "Black List" in order to block further orders from him. You can achieve this in two ways:

  1. If this customer issued a chargeback then select the respective order in the table and select in the main menu Orders | Cancel | Chargeback . In this case the selected order will appear in Chargebacks list and customer will be moved to "Black List".
  2. From Manage Customers Dialog: select customer in the table and select "Black List" in drop-down menu of Add to button.

All new orders either from customers listed in "Black List" or customers' e-mail listed in "Black List" will be rejected by RegKeeper.

To remove customer from "Black List" delete it from "Black List" table in Customers Manager.
