Generating Invoices
Some customers may request an invoice based on the order they have placed. To generate an invoice select the order to generate an invoice for and click Generate Invoice on the Orders menu. RegKeeper will create an invoice and save it in a Rich Text Format file or a plain text file, depending on the invoice template. You may further edit or view this file with an external editor such as Windows WordPad or MS Word.
Make sure you have specified a valid .rtf or .txt template file in the related product details. This can be done in the Add/Edit Product dialog.
