Find Customer Dialog
The Find Customer dialog will help you to find a specific customer in the database.
Use the search pane on the left hand side of the dialog to specify which customer you would like to find:
- Use the Search by list to specify which field RegKeeper should use to search for the customer. RegKeeper can search by name, e-mail, organization, address and notes.
Please note: Search by the Notes field is relatively slow, so please be patient whilst RegKeeper finds your customer.
- Enter the search pattern in the Search string box.
- Check the Exact phrase box to instruct RegKeeper to search for items that exactly match the search pattern. Otherwise, RegKeeper will search for partial matches too.
- Click on Advanced options to specify whether RegKeeper should only search for the customers that have ordered the product currently selected in the Products bar.
- Finally click on the Search button.
The table on the right hand side of the window will display the search results.
Double click on an entry in the Search results table to locate the corresponding entry in RegKeeper's Main window, or the window from where this dialog was executed.
