Export Orders or Customers to CSV File

To export orders you can use menu Orders|Export Orders to run Export Wizard. This Wizard helps you to export multiple or one selected order to separated text file (CSV). See detailed description of this wizard in Export Wizard topic.

Additionally you can use the same wizard to export only customers information. To achieve this just select only customer related fields on Step 1 of Export Orders Wizard.

To export customers data using Customer Manager dialog you can use Export button there and select to CSV in drop-down menu.

It is possible to export orders and customers using filtering:

To export only customers/orders for specific product:
1. Switch to View by Orders mode (menu View|By Order)
2. Select needed product in navigation bar
3. Run Export Wizard
To export customers/orders for specific time range or filter condition:
1. Switch to View by Orders mode (menu View|By Order)
2. Define time range using predefined choices at the bottom of the grid or define custom range or filter using Custom tab
3. Run Export Wizard
