Details Panel
The Details Panel displays statistical information about your customers and orders.
Customers - number of customers that have placed orders for the selected product.
Orders - number of orders that have been placed for the selected product (from any customer).
Licenses - number of licenses sold for selected product.
Chargebacks - number of chargebacks made for selected product.
Sub-total - the cumulative price of all items sold.
Shipping - the shipping fee.
Service fee - the service-provider fee.
Total - The net profit.
It is possible to specify how details should be displayed from main menu or from Details Panel's popup menu:
- Total - results are displayed as total values for all positions.
- Yearly - results are displayed grouped by current and previous years compared.
- Quarterly - results are displayed grouped by current and previous quarters compared.
- Monthly - results are displayed grouped by current and previous months compared.
- Weekly - results are displayed grouped by current and previous weeks compared.
- Daily - results are displayed grouped by current and previous days compared.
Additional currencies tab set will be displayed under details panel and allow you to display statistics in different currencies. To display statistics in another currency just switch to its tab.
At the bottom it is displayed the time span for which details are calculated.
