Customer Manager Dialog
This dialog box is the best place to manage your customers. It contains a list of customers and several command buttons for adding, editing and removing customers from the list. Also you can export customer's data to vCard file.
Customers also could be arranged by product and groups.
Groups allow you to organize customers and use such organized list for common operations such as sending e-mails and newsletters. To add new group just select Add command from groups navigation bar popup-menu.
Drop-down button E-mail allows composing and sending e-mail message to customer(s). Be sure to select needed product in the navigation bar before creating email in case you need to send e-mail using template related to product and order information. When sending newsletter only customers that accept newsletter will be available as recipients. You can toggle the acceptance of newsletter by changing the value of Accepts e-mail messages field in customer's properties.
Button Find helps you to locate needed customer faster useng search form.
Button Add Order allows adding order for selected customer.
RegKeeper won't accept orders from customers listed in Black List. To add customer to black list you can either:
- Issue a charge-back for respective order.
- Select it in customers list and click Black List from Add to button's drop-down menu.
- Create new customer directly while browsing Black List.
