RegKeeper - e-Sales Tracking Software

Options: Check E-mail

< E-mail server settings | Auto-Keys Module settings >

Auto-check email - check to enable RegKeeper automatically retrieve e-mail orders from the e-mail server once in a specified period of time. Make sure that you have configured RegKeeper to access your e-mail server.

Process received mail orders in the background - check to make RegKeeper process any orders in background, i.e. without displaying the New Order dialog.

If RegKeeper is not able to process the order without user intervention, the order will be left unparsed.

Delete processed messages from the server - check to delete the e-mail messages retrieved from your e-mail server.

Message filter - this feature enables RegKeeper to filter the incoming e-mail orders. You can create a rule for RegKeeper, so that it retrieves only those messages that satisfy this rule.

Building the Rule

Check one or more of the To, From or Subject options to make RegKeeper use the related field in the rule. A corresponding entry will be added to the Resulting rule list. Double-click (or select and click the Edit Rule button) an entry to modify its content. RegKeeper will show the Rule Builder dialog that will help you to modify the content of a rule entry. In the Retrieve the message if it matches box select one of two options: All the rules - will only retrieve messages that satisfy all the rule entries, at least one rule - will retrieve messages that satisfy at least one rule entry. Check the Case sensitive box to make the rule case-sensitive.

RegKeeper always leaves a copy of each e-mail message retrieved, so you can read it later with your e-mail client.
