Cancel Order
You can cancel selected order using menu Orders | Cancel. Depending on cancel case you can select either Chargeback or Refund. Additionally, you can cancel entire order or just particular product if the selected order includes more than one item.
Unfair customers usually receive the registration info for your products and then made a chargeback to return the funds. RegKeeper automatically looks for customer in "Black List" or its e-mail address listed in "Black List" when processing orders. So you don't need to worry anymore to send such customers new licensed products.
When adding chargeback from main window RegKeeper will make the following:
- Add new record to chargeback list with this order and customer information.
- Add selected customer to "Black list"
