The order auto-processing feature allows you to automate RegKeeper's work by automatically performing certain actions after an order has been automatically processed. This includes automatically sending an e-mail response to the customer from which the order comes and executing an external application.

Automate order processing - check to enable the feature.

Send e-mail response to customer using product template - after the order has been processed RegKeeper will automatically send an e-mail response to the customer using the e-mail template that is specified in the properties of the product that has been ordered. See the Edit Product dialog for more information.

Send immediately - check this option to send the e-mail response immediately after the order has been processed.

Send at specified time - send the e-mail at a specified time.

Execute external application - run an external application after the order has been processed. Specify the path to the application executable and, if needed, command-line parameters. This option is very useful if you want to perform some additional actions after order processing, such as modifying some external data files or databases.

UTF-8 Encode - check this option if you need to transfer UTF-8 encoded Unicode data to external executable.

Wait to terminate - check this option if RegKeeper must wait while external executable terminated.

Use the Build button to let RegKeeper assist you on building a list of command-line parameters. This will bring up the Command line-builder dialog.
